What size events do you cover?
We cover events of every size – from large international conferences with 1,000+ attendees to intimate gatherings of 20 people or fewer. Crew size and equipment scale to match.
Where are you based, and do you travel for events?
Esteban Castle Media is a Zurich-based video production agency, working across Switzerland and Europe since 2016. We regularly travel for multi-day conferences and international events – just add it to your brief when you get in touch.
Do you cover festivals as well as corporate events?
Yes. Alongside conferences and corporate events, we shoot music festivals and cultural events – capturing the energy and atmosphere, not just the agenda.
Can you do drone footage?
Yes – we’ve been flying drones since 2016 and are EU certified until 2028.
Do you offer livestreaming for events?
Yes. We can livestream your event to YouTube, LinkedIn or a private platform, and still deliver a fully edited aftermovie afterward – no need to book two separate crews.
Do you offer scripting/storyboarding?
Yes. Planning is key for any big shoot, so we build a storyboard with you during pre-production to keep filming day smooth.
How long does a project take?
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after the event. Need it sooner? Express turnaround is available for time-sensitive campaigns.
Can you adapt to our internal branding guidelines?
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines – colors, fonts, logo placement, intro/outro – and we’ll build them into the edit so the final video is ready to publish under your identity.
