What size events do you cover?
We cover events of every size – from large international conferences with 1,000+ attendees to intimate gatherings of 20 people or fewer. Crew size and equipment scale to match.
Where are you based, and do you travel for events?
Esteban Castle Media is a Zurich-based event video production team, working across Switzerland and Europe since 2016. We regularly travel for multi-day conferences and international events – just add it to your brief when you get in touch.
Do you cover festivals as well as corporate events?
Yes. Alongside conferences and corporate events, we shoot music festivals and cultural events – capturing the energy and atmosphere, not just the agenda.
Can you do drone footage?
Yes – we’ve been flying drones since 2016 and are EU certified until 2028. At events we use the drone for aerial shots of the venue, outdoor areas and guest arrivals, where local rules allow.
Do you offer livestreaming for events?
Yes. We can livestream your event to YouTube, LinkedIn or a private platform, and still deliver a fully edited aftermovie afterward – no need to book two separate crews.
Can you film and photograph the same event?
Yes. We can add a photographer to the crew, so you get the event video and a full photo set from one team, with one briefing and one point of contact.
How quickly can we get a first clip after the event?
With express turnaround, we can deliver a first short clip within 48 hours, so you can post while the event is still fresh. The full edit follows within 5–8 business days after the event.
Can you adapt to our internal branding guidelines?
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines – colors, fonts, logo placement – and we’ll apply them to the event output: a branded intro/outro on the aftermovie and lower thirds with names and titles on every speaker clip.
Do you deliver separate speaker clips for LinkedIn?
Yes. Alongside the aftermovie, we cut short highlight clips for each speaker, formatted for LinkedIn and other social channels, so speakers and your team can share them right after the event.
