Frequently Asked Questions.
How long does it take to deliver the photos?
You’ll receive the edited images within 7-10 working days. Express delivery is available on request.
Can I get more than 20 or 100 photos?
You can set your designated target number of photos to make sure there is enough content. We have package options that even include all best fotos taken, that could mean over 200+.
Do you offer hair & makeup services?
Yes we have a network of makeup artists and experienced stylists to make sure you look your best on the day.
Where do the shoots take place?
Anywhere you like. We have a shortlist of unique locations around Switzerland, and can also do location scouting for the ideal spot.
Can I book a shoot outside of Zurich?
Yes of course, we have filmed and photographed across Europe and can provide our services anywhere.
What if I’m camera-shy?
We totally get that. Sometimes you’re just not feeling like you are looking your best, and in order to achieve content you are happy with is a process. We take the time before the first photo is taken to connect with you, understand your background, your goals, and establish rapport so that we are speaking the same visual language. Jokes on set are always 100% fully encouraged, everyone looks their best with a big smile on their face. If you still don’t like how you look, we change the location, lighting, and maybe even the photographer, until we get something you are happy with!
Do you retain the rights to my photos?
Anything we produce for you is yours to use however you like. When work comes out truly exceptional, we like to keep a copy to show in our portfolio.
